Reflective and trauma-informed practices are a vast topic. As the Rethinking Homes Network develops, we plan on bringing you more resources and think pieces on this topic. In the meantime, enjoy some thoughts of about the role of uncomfortable emotions in poverty work. I’d say it was realising the importance of discomfort that led me toward realising the value of both reflective and trauma-informed practices in social housing work.
